We communicate. We definitely don't believe that one size fits all. Some property owners like a lot of communication and want to know exactly what is going on with their property, whereas others require very little communication and just want us to get on with managing their property whilst they watch the money roll in! The most important thing is that we agree a level of communication that suits you.
