We carry out valuations every week in all parts of the Kapiti Coast, Wellington and Hutt Valley; this gives us an expansive knowledge of rental values in your area. Our valuations take all local benefits into account, including whether your property is close to the beach, parks, restaurants, schools and transport links.

The Team Realty’s great value management and maintenance fees are less than many other property managers on the Coast, and our fees are only payable when rent is received. The high quality of our services results in the majority of our tenancies extending past the initial term, helping you to minimise vacancies and maintain your rental income.

If you’re not happy with us, or we fall short in any way while you are one of our Client Owners, we’ll find a solution AND refund your management fees for one month. Your business is important to us and we like happy owners! So, if we fail to meet your standards, just call us and let us know. We’ll rectify the situation and refund your management fees for one month.

Not happy with your property manager or management company? Changing is easy – we’ll do the work for you.

All you have to do is fill out our change of property management/termination form. We’ll deal with your current company and Property Manager.

We communicate. We definitely don't believe that one size fits all. Some property owners like a lot of communication and want to know exactly what is going on with their property, whereas others require very little communication and just want us to get on with managing their property whilst they watch the money roll in! The most important thing is that we agree a level of communication that suits you.
