TEAM Property Management was started three years ago by Stu & Bridget Dunn who were regularily being asked for advice from clients they had sold investment properties to. After many requests from clients to offer a property management service, they realised there was a gap in the market for managers offering exceptional service and communication.
We offer comprehensive residential property management services at competitive prices from Wellington to Levin and the Hutt Valley.

Stu has been involved in property investing since 2000, including personally buying and selling over 20 properties, building properties to sell and working 1-on-1 with investors to help facilitate 50+ property purchases between 2000 - 2010.Stu is an active member of the community and has been teaching Wing Chun Kung Fu in Kapiti since 2005. In his spare time he enjoys going to the gym and spending time with family.

A Real Estate professional since 2012 and Property Manager since 2020, Bridget is known for integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all her dealings. She has first and foremost strived to be someone in whom her clients and colleagues can put their trust and faith. Bridget loves the Kapiti Coast and has lived here since 2004. She is passionate about animal welfare and is heavily involved with HUHA (Helping You Help Animals). She enjoys walking Bear (German Shepherd) and Roxy (minature foxy) along gorgeous Raumati South beach, keeping fit and healthy by going to the gym and spending quality time with her children Alex and Caitlin.
