So you’ve been to one of our homes and would like to apply to move in. TEAM Management have an easy online application process which you can completed in a few minutes. You’ll need either your drivers license or passport ready for the initial step.

Information for Tenants

  • The purpose of a bond is money held by Tenancy Services that could cover, unpaid rent, damage to the property; or any claim(s) relating to the tenancy.

    Tenants who have looked after the house, paid rent in full, and paid any amounts owing should get a refund of their bond when the tenancy ends.

  • Team Property Management will ask for 1 or 2 weeks’ rent in advance during the tenancy. This usually depends on whether the you will pay rent weekly (1 week in advance) or fortnightly (2 weeks in advance). You can use the advance rent at either the start of end of your tenancy.

  • We will respect your peace and privacy at the home. All notice for access will be as required by the Residential Tenancies Act.
