• Tenant Selection

    We have a robust tenant selection process which includes credit, employee and previous rental history checks. Knowing your tenant is the most important step towards a successful tenancy.

  • Zero Tolerance for Rent Arrears

    We have zero tolerance for late or non payment of rent. In the event of a default, our proven system is implemented to ensure the rent is paid quickly.

  • Regular Rent Reviews

    Your investment property will have regular rent reviews to ensure it is returning the highest rents and is in line with current market rates.

  • Property Inspections

    We provide regular property inspections including pre-tenancy and post tenancy inspections. Property inspections are conducted every three months.

  • Property Maintenance

    We will maintain the property to a legal and live-able standard. We organise all repairs, maintenance and handle all invoices. We do this all free of charge.

  • Prompt owner payments

    We will pay rents to you either monthly, on the 1st of the month, or twice a month, on the 1st and 15th (or next working day if these occur on a weekend or stat day).

    You will receive a monthly statement and an annual income and expenditure report for FREE in April each year.
